The development finance lender has hired Pallavi Das and Keisi Morina as underwriters, with Kashmira Patel joining as financial controller.
Pallavi joins from Glenhawk where he was a completions officer, and has previous experience as a case manager at LendInvest.
Meanwhile Keisi was previously a PA and senior administrator at Jewish Care.
Kashmira was hired from Kennedy Wilson where she was an accountant.
